The nWo STORY!

WCW... It was perfect in theory;cool promo's,big names, great superstars and diva's. but to the fans,nothing STUCK. they needed something...something to fix their name... little did they know that something was right around the corner!

July '96: Nash and Hall BROKE nitro with their cool outsiders thing, doing super kewl promo's and making a name for themselves. a week after that. hulk the hog hogan breaks that "american dude,say your prayer's" gimmick and turns HEEL!!! then he joins hall and nash to form the nWo nitro's rating BLOW the FFFFUCK up.

By late 1997, nWo was basically RUNNING WCW.X-PAC , Scott Steiner, Buff Bagwell, Vincent and Ted DiBiase,nWo was doing their thing as best as they could

fans didnt come for the drama and matches anymore.they were coming to see if goldberg was getting ambushed or were coming to see who would walk in that black and white costume next!

Summer in 98 things start to get...well, not as great if you know what i mean. the nWo splits in two,with Kevin running the wolfpac and scott following his trail,and Hogan sticking with nWo hollywood.betrayals,boring matches. it has officially started declining

its 9 Teen 90 Nine. it just dosent feel the same anymore. lame stories and gimmicks and cheap boring promo's... it barely survives till the next year,2000; and thats when WWE buys WCW and puts an end to the monday night wars and ends anything good left in nWo.

despite the bad ending it had, at its peak it was AWESOME and you cant deny that.

still,after 26 years,its legacy lives on as one of the greatest wrestling groups ever created.
